Kenya Guerra

Kenya Guerra joined the Office of Disability Services in January 2026. A dedicated professional with over a decade of service within the UNC system, Kenya has extensive experience in both Career Services and Disability Services. Her career journey began in the K-12 system, where she discovered a drive to support students that eventually propelled her transition into Higher Education.

Kenya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Social Work from Western Carolina University, as well as a Master of Science in Career Counseling and Placement from North Carolina Central University. She is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Deeply committed to her work, Kenya is passionate about guiding individuals toward their goals through advocacy, accountability, social justice, and fairness.
