For Students with Disabilities Applying to UNC Charlotte

• Students should submit disability documentation to Disability Services after they have been officially accepted to UNC Charlotte.
• Students who are appealing an admission decision on the basis of a documented disability should contact Undergraduate Admissions for more information: 704‑687‑5507 or email Admissions at admissions@uncc.edu.

DISABILITY DOCUMENTATION

While students are not required to notify the University of their disability either prior to or subsequent to their admission, students who plan to request accommodations must register with the Office of Disability Services and provide current, comprehensive documentation of their disability. HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS

Disability Services collaborates with Housing and Residence Life (HRL) to address access and housing accommodation requests. Students who plan to live on campus must first apply for Housing. Visit our Housing Accommodations page for more information about on-campus housing accommodations.
