Niner Paratransit

Campus Disability Transport

Niner Paratransit offers scheduled and on-demand transport for individuals with mobility impairments who are registered for the service. Paratransit vehicles provide pick-up and drop-off at designated locations across campus, as close as possible to accessible building entrances.

How It Works

  • Who Qualifies? Niner Paratransit is for students, faculty, and staff with temporary (e.g., recent surgery, injuries) or long-term mobility and chronic impairments.
  • Getting Started: To qualify, submit the Niner Paratransit Medical Verification Form to the Office of Disability Services. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll confirm your eligibility with Parking and Transportation Services (PaTS) and you.
  • Scheduling Transport: All transport requests must be prearranged through PaTS. Once registered, complete and submit a Paratransit Transport Request Form to PaTS. Requests are typically processed and scheduled within 24 hours.
